In the late 1800's the Hudson's settled into Indian Territory of what would become Roff, Oklahoma.
They quickly became known for their local Dry-Goods store in town, where great-great granny Hudson sold her amazing, light, airy, delicious homemade peanut brittle (among other things!)
130 years later, now located in both Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Loveland, Colorado, our family is still making and selling it today, and we haven't changed a single thing from great-granny Hudson's original recipe.

Of course, Great-Great Granny Hudson had no clue, 130 years ago, that making a gluten free, dairy free, vegan peanut brittle, made with organically farmed, raw-Spanish peanuts would become so wildly popular.
